        My 3 Wood broke while I was at the driving range and Gary was extremely helpful working with me to get it warrantied. He contacted another Golf Headquarters and worked with them to get the receipt which I did not have. He then facilitated the full warranty process with the club company and they even got me the new model! He has also been extremely kind in all dealings and even opened up the top tracer during the month of December for free!
