        When my room reservation was canceled this was the only one who was open

        Only hotel in Nixa, so choices are limited. Price is good, rooms were clean, but hotel is old. Curtain had holes in it, as did the blanket on the bed. Sheets were thin. Room smelled musty. Heat/air is loud and smelly.

        Great value. Clean, modestly furnished rooms. Booking a deluxe room allowed me to have ground level access. Very comfortable beds and pillows.
