The technicians who came were professional, courteous, and thorough. They fixed my A/C at a very reasonable cost and were able to come several days earlier than I had expected. I'm very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone.

I have never been excited to get a utility bill. Last January we had 27 days below 32°, this year 25. Smithco installed a new Heat pump in March. My winter savings is paying my monthly payment and thermostat is set at a comfortable temp now. THANK YOU!!

I called SmithCo to get a bid on a new HVAC system, I did a lot of research and got bids from several other companies. When I called SmithCo, they were at my house the same day to give me a quote and see what was needed. Gary and Tracy were very friendly and efficient. The whole system was installed in a day. Matt was very considerate and invited us to come by the business and actually hear different heat pumps running. The main criticism I had of our old HVAC system was it was so noisy, sounded like a jet airplane. The new Trane heat pump is so quiet. I've been able to sleep through the night without being woke up by a noisy heat pump. I would highly recommend using Smithco if you need a new HVAC system. Service: Heating system installation

Matt came out and answered all of our questions professionally and patiently. Since we only purchase a heating and A/C system every 21 years, we had a lot of questions. His recommendations for both the furnace and the A/C were spot on compared to the homework we had done about Trane. He inspected the spaces where the furnace would go and noticed several spots of wear and tear. He brought these to our attention and said they would be fixed at no charge. We discussed several warranty options available to us and again he answered all our questions. Gary and Tracy showed up at the designated time and day and had the job done by evening. The job site was thoroughly cleanly. The next morning, they came back for a little tweaking and the job was completed. Services: AC installation, Heating system installation

From the first call with Matt to Gary coming to my house they were professional and on time. They explained everything and got us exactly what we needed for our house without all the hassle. They were professional, punctual, they did fantastic work and they made sure to clean up and leave the place better than they found it. They were amazing I can’t praise them enough. I also use a home warranty company and Gary spoke to them and got them to pay for my furnace as well after it had already been installed which was a huge bonus for us. Thanks to them we have a new complete system at a amazing price and I feel worry free now. I will never go anywhere else for my heating and air needs.
