    signed my lease for my new home, called and wanted to start my internet service. Could not get appointment for 2 weeks! Today was the day I finally have it installed. Tech called, let it ring once and hung up. I could not even answer the phone. I called the tech back 5 times, and no answer. Called the customer service number to find out what was going on. Their notes state he called twice and I didn't answer and now it is too late to complete the installation. I truly hope the internet service is better than the customer service. This being the only option is horrible.

    This cable and internet service keeps searching for network all the time even worse the last few days 😑 you guys want 250 a month and I want better service I pay you but I don't seem to get good service I have the other box that helps with signal???? but not really right 😕 I'm sure the cable is just fine as long as you can get signal (network) without daily interruption you know the searching for signal thing 😉 I did call today 1 / 7 / 22 for 20 minutes!! Still waiting on hold 🙄
