    I am 5'2, have a broken neck, tryed to forse me to wear a large soft neck Collor. Could have really done more damage. Finially got a small, only took 3 weeks. Will go anywhere el as but there.

    Let me start off by saying Victor was a HUGE help. He was informative and went out of his way to assist me. That being said the heavier set woman with the curly, oily hair was rude and acted like me asking for my items was a huge inconvenience for her. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked a question about the item I was supposed to be getting, and argued with me on what day I had been in previously (it was Thursday and I had been in Monday. She said you were just here 2 days ago, after I had told her I was there 3 days ago. I said, "it was Monday. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and now it's Thursday. 3 days".) She started to refuse to help me, claiming I already had my device, and when I tried to explain to her I had a loaner from them until the truck came in with my device, she started being very condescending, stating I was confused and that the loaner was my device. Her attitude did change when I asked to speak to Victor. Unfortunately he was with someone else, but she went back and asked him and he told her I was correct. She really shouldn't be working with the public.

    This Home Health agency broke HIPAA violations, with another Home Health agency called Lincare of Webb City Missouri. My mother was loaned a portable oxygen concentrator so she could be mobile to walk around she isn't able to carry oxygen tanks because she walks in the 90 degree angle and the tanks go over your shoulder and slap you if you're in that position. The POC stopped working and Lincare refused to provide another one even though on November 29th last year, my mothers doctor had sent an order for a POC to Lincare. Lincare as I said before denied her the ordered POC. So we called my mother is former home health, to try to get her the POC so she can ambulate and go to her prescribed therapy after back surgery. We contacted Monett Home Health and they called Lincare, and Lincare shared information that was unauthorized. Cox Monett Home Health denied service to my mother because of the information shared by Lincare Webb City Missouri. Cox home health and Lincare in Webb City both discriminated against my mother by denying home health services for a portable oxygen concentrator, and broke HIPPA violations. Both my mother and I went to Webb City Lincare, and I went in to advocate for her, after Cox Home Health called her and told her they are refusing to service her, because Lincare shared information about the POC that they had loaned her. Lincare did not have a HIPPA paper, allowing that conversation, with Cox Home Health, that shared incriminating information, that was never proven and my mother cried and cried from the information shared because it prevented her to get home health care with Cox Home Health, and still to this day even though there was an order sitting at Lincare in Webb City Missouri, we still haven't been able to get the POC even after my mother and I both went the other day and I went in like I said earlier to advocate for her. I found out there was an order for a POC from November 29th of 2021 today April 25th 2022 because I was doing any check in for another doctor otherwise I would not have known. When I went to Lincare and went inside and spoke to them for an hour they denied speaking to Cox about anything. I asked them several times because my mother told me Cox told her the reason they were denying her service. I ask for a HIPPA paper to get her entire record, so I could see if the phonecall was noted. I can't find it. I also couldn't find the order for the POC from November 29th of 2021. The entire bile was not there, especially after today when I found the order that was sent back in 2021. I recorded and asked the new management over and over if they had spoke to anyone from Cox or anywhere else and they denied it. The only way Cox could have got that information was from Lincare in Webb City. I asked three times and was still lied to. Today my mom still doesn't have a POC, and now I have to call and confront Lincare. Cox and Lincare are completely out of line, and lie to the consumers alot. Even though it involves peoples lives. From a loving caring daughters opinion oh, if you love someone find a different home health company because these two, obviously could care less if a person lives or dies. I mean that literally
