        I ordered flowers for a birthday gift. The flowers DID NOT look like the bouquet in question. The flowers were wilted and looked absolutely horrible. I complained and was sent a new order which looked better. Kay is cluless to what comes out of her shop. She has no people skills which is bad for bussiness. I will NEVER order from her again. Too expensive as well!

        Not at all happy with my wife's birthday bouquet first off I had to call to check if they were gonna make delivery then they called my wife at her work and told her they were running late and then proceeded to tell her what the card said and then what type of flowers was in her bouquet over the phone and also the place of employment where my wife works closes at 5 and my wife had to sit in her work drive way for 28 minutes waiting on what was supposed to be a surprise to get delivered, and here it is only 1 day later and all the flowers are already starting to wilt well besides the 2 flowers that haven't even bloomed yet
