    My experience purchasing a vehicle with Moberly Motors, was nothing less than flawless. I genuinely felt valued and heard, as none of my requests were replaced by obligatory upgrades. I left driving away with that which I came in wanting to purchase, at a price I felt was extremely reasonable and fair. Greg was a super rad human to work with, and I think we must have sat and chatted about life for nearly 2 hours. It didnt feel like a business transaction, it felt like friends making a deal (and yes, Im extremely aware of how cheesy that sounds) Give these guys a chance if youre in the department of looking for a new ride! Im confident youll leave having encountered an equally as pleasant experience as I encountered.

    I needed my car serviced but work from home. I called, made my appointment and requested pickup/delivery within Moberly and viola....day of appointment a service tech arrived at my home picked up my car and within a few hours it was back and all taken care of. It was AMAZING!!! I'll definitely be engaging that type of service again for future needs with Moberly Motors.

    I was very pleased with my service at Moberly Motors. The manager was awesome in working with me and letting me know what was going on with my vehicle. The appointment was on time if not a little early and they got me out in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Moberly Motors for work that needs to be done on a vehicle. And a side note they washed my vehicle too!! Nice surprise!

    Took my truck in to Moberly Motors for a factory recall on the airbags. There seemed to be some moderate confusion on scheduling my appointment and with the process in which my truck was to be repaired. While I was at Moberly Motors I was treated extremely well and everyone was very helpful and polite. (I dealt mainly with Sarah who totally took care of the above mentioned confusion.) My truck was repaired in a timely fashion and I was notified of its completion. When I got in my truck to take it home the passenger side dash was covered in dirty and greasy handprints and fingerprints. This was very disappointing as it would have only taken a couple minutes to wipe down the dash and clean up your mess. Your service technicians need to do better.
