After several companies coming out to give us a quote on our ant problem. After talking to Kevin, going over the plan, my husband and I chose Steve's pest control. Derrick is our expert exterminator in our erea. He had these ants on the run. If we seen any ants ( which we did the first month) Derrick was out the same day to look for more ant colonies. In 3 weeks & 3 trips out to check the outside. This professional got rid of our pest problem. We will continue our service with Steve's.

We've used Steve's for over 5 years now and their quality has really gone down hill. The first couple years we had Matt and he was amazing! We had the 5 star service and he came out whenever we called to take care of our wasp problem. We just had our first spray of the season this year and our porches, the areas I specified as having the wasp problem, weren't even sprayed at all. I called the office about this and Bill was very condescending to me and didn't try to make it right. We are going to find a new company. Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
