Able Appraisal

called me to do appraisal after brand appraisals just didnt do his job. This guy was very rude on the phone, refused saturday appraisals and he then said i will call the lender and let them know u refused and i asked his name and he hung up on me. OMG

The owner doesn't answer his phone at all. If you leave a message or multiple messages, he will not call you back.. After several calls he will eventually tell you to text him. You then text him the request for an appraisal and he might ask a couple of questions, but he will stop replying and ignore you if he decides for whatever reason he doesn't want the business.. He won't give you any reason or explanation. He just stops replying. I would go with a professional appraiser and not some fly by night company like this.. He has bad business ethic.
