hard to get a hold of and was rude when they called back. i do not recommend this place.

Unfortunately, they were not responsive when making attempt to schedule an appointment. We have used their services before and they didn't let us know when they were coming, they just showed up, after telling me he would get back to me on setting up an appointment for that week. Gentleman was friendly and was helpful, for that I will give two stars. However, this time when trying to contact them they were impolite and didn't seem to care about giving us a day and time for an appointment or even scheduling an appointment at all, which is fine, I don't mind going elsewhere. He acted as if it were an inconvenience to him talking on the phone and setting up an appointment. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the services we received the first time, but I like to support local business and I had some friends/family recommend this business.
