I have never lived here, but a few people I knew have. It has nice apartments to live in for families who can not afford to buy or pay rent on a two or three bedroom house. It has it's own washer & dryer area, a kitchen & kitchen area to set a table & chairs in. A good size living room , a small hallway, two to three good size bedrooms, one bathroom. A front door & a back door, both with patios & a small storage area attached on the back patio. You can put baby pools, children's sporting goods, tools, in them. It has a play area for children & outdoor clothesline to dry clothes on. A couple of rooms to rent for birthday parties, holidays, graduations ( one is a larger room than the other). One with a kitchen. Great parking. Sunrise Park is across from it if you want to have a picnic, play basketball or baseball. I know it is HUD housing approved. Quiet living. The only thing about it is that all apartments have tiled linoleum & heating vents near the ceiling. You can put your own carpet on the tiled floors if you want to. The one bedrooms do not give room for much furniture & were designed for a single tenant but they do allow married couples to live together there. It used to be close to a Casey's General Store, a grocery store, & a Hostess Wonderbread store. Maryville, Mo. does not have those business' anymore, but they have a Senior Citizen's Center where the grocery store once was. They are nice apartments.
