        This place is close to campus and cheap which is the only benefits of staying here. You share heating/cooling and hot water with another apartment. There will be times when you won't have hot water. Don't bother calling/emailing to make complaints. They will often go unanswered. The shared living space is never cleaned. I believe the worst part of living at Horizons West is the office manager. She has no people skills and often talks down to people. If I could give them no stars I would.

        Yes it is at a walkable distance from campus, yes it is good place(not at all good) and the most disturbing thing is that the Manager here she is not at all friendly, she sees everyone as some bad person and she treats people very harshly that we feel like why are we even seeing her while paying rent, I really don't suggest this place to live!
