Taco Bell

The manager/ driver thru employee was excellent!!!!! She was helpful and efficient. The cook was rude! Yelling and cussing at her. He needs to be fired or written up!!!

I wish 0 stars was an option. This place is awful. Food is consistently prepared wrong and they have literally run out of things like lettuce, cheese, meat and taco shells (Taco place with missing essential taco items). The fryers broken and truck didnt show up are other excuses for why they cant serve food. The employees literally laugh it off. I get it...fast food isnt that big of a deal but apparently not one person is doing their job correctly at this place starting with management. Pathetic.

I stopped by to pick up a very late dinner for my husband at 11:00 PM this evening. When I arrived the employee over the order speaker mumbled something that I was unable to understand. I apologized and said that I was unable to understand him and asked if I could begin my order. He responded with "No ma'am" and proceeded to tell me they currently had no food cooked and it would take about 15 minutes. I told him that I was okay with waiting and asked if I was able to give my order and wait. He again responded with "No ma'am" and told that me that I could pull to the side and wait for someone to wave at me for when they were ready for me to proceed. I told them thanks, but no thanks and drove away. As I was passing the restaurant windows I saw 4 employees, probably all of the employees they had on staff, sitting at a table and talking. I wish this was the first time something of this nature happened to me at this location, but it was not. I ended up driving to the Taco Bell on the Rock Road where they were happy to take my order.
