I will never support a Holiday Inn again. This hotel turned away 2 20 year old young women at midnight who needed a room after a concert because they are not 21 years old. Instead they have to drive four hours back home in the middle of the night. The lady at the Front desk called them a liability due to their age. I guess she cares more about money than the lives of these women. We (the parents) signed extra paperwork so we could pay for the room from out of state. These girls can go to war for our country but cant be trusted to spend a night in a paid for hotel room? What a ridiculous policy and shame on them.

Made a reservation and was charged. Even received an email stating that my early check-in was accepted. When I got to the hotel, it was closed due to being condemned. Luckily found accommodations elsewhere.
