Took the day off work to be with my wife during our IUI. They didn’t tell us until we showed up to the apt that they only allow one person due to COVID. Maybe tell your patients about your COVID procedures BEFORE the apt!

My partner and I are both trans and nonbinary. Maureen and the staff were incredibly accepting and eager to help us with fertility! I'd highly recommend them for any trans/gay+ clients!

Terrible experience. We were with this office for 1 year and the doctor did the same medication multiple times with zero success then had the nerve to tell us “IVF is your only option, I’ll call you with prices”. We ended up at another office and had some success with different medications in 2 months versus 1 year. The doctor had zero personal skills and I wish we wouldn’t have stayed with him so long. The billing is also a joke. They never knew when or how much to charge us and it felt like they were just giving us random numbers. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Dayal successfully got us pregnant after two failed IVF cycles elsewhere. She's incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly, as is her staff. She also was never late, which is impressive given we used to wait for an hour and a half at other fertility centers. I wish we had gone to her sooner.

What is happening at SIRM?!!! I cannot get a hold of anyone for billing. I was trying to find the name for their billing office and there are all these news reports that they are bankrupt?!! I am so confused... is that why there is almost no staff in the office? I am afraid to ask the doctor. They say it is for health and safety concerns but there is something going on. Will this affect my treatment? I do not know what to do!
