        Poor customer service. Inability to communicate in a timely manner. Took my computer to them on 7/5/2022. they received a screen to fix the laptop in September (wrong part). When I contacted them again ( November ) asking how much longer it would take to receive the part I was told it would be better if I could order it and when it came in I could bring it to them and they would place it.
