My fianc and I put our applications in and were accepted. We had a certain property in mind and was told to us it was pet friendly and we could move in after the previous tenants move out soon. Case told me how much rent was,deposit, and pet deposit. I even stated how I would be telling my current landlord I wouldnt be signing another lease because we found somewhere to move. They called and said that the owner decided that they didnt want pets in the house anymore just one outside and no cats. Ok we have 2 dogs and no cats.. they understood that, and told us we were accepted. We didnt sign anything. Case says the owner has the right to change their mind, we just manage it. Ok.. why do you allow people to change their mind while you manage their property? Now my children and I are out a home and have already told my current landlord were moving.
