Called and left a message about my issue (dishwasher not draining) - I mentioned that I had just installed a new garbage disposal. He (Chris?) called me back and told me to check if the plug was still in the disposal (I didn't know there was one :-)). He could have easily come out to the house and charged $150 for a house call.
