        Snotty, lazy, and smart mouthed. The manager takes pleasure in telling you no. If you're not a business owner, than you're not worthy of buying change. So in otherwords if you're not rich, you don't matter. Having a personal account means you have no rights. They only want people they can make money off of. I've seen this attitude at many banks. It's called discrimination, bc if I was in a business suit I wouldn't be questioned, but since I dress in jeans wearing a flannel shirt, with a goatee and my hat on backwards I'm judged and discriminated against. I've dealt with many people that have their nose in the air, and think they are better than anyone else. So I know when I'm being looked down upon, as well as being judged. Everyone is fighting against racism, but no one sees that being judged and discriminated against bc of how you dress, or how much money you got is the same as racism in my book. It's sad the world we live in has fallen so far.

        Bank personnel are great but I am going to have to close my account because the atm won't take a deposit without keeping my money and it took 10 days to get it back.
