Patriot Sunrooms

Patriot may do very good work but the only thing I would recommend is that you get multiple bids before signing with them.  In 2007 we wanted to have our covered back porch screened in.  We also wanted to replace the rotting floorboards with no maintenance composite decking and have a ceiling fan installed on the porch.  Patriot came out and gave us a bid of $20000 for the screens and one ceiling fan, and told us we could put plywood over the existing boards ourselves.  The second company that came out said they could screen in the back porch, install two ceiling fans and replace the floor boards with composite boards for a little over $10000.  I think Patriot builds a decent sales commission into their price (the salesman was driving a Mercedes).  When Patriot followed up to see if we wanted to hire them I explained why we were choosing another company.  He asked who we had hired but I considered that personal information.  I'm not saying Patriot does bad work and you shouldn't hire them...just make sure to talk to other companies as well.

The Patriot sunrooms and home solutions has been in business for many years.The marketing specialist Gary Wolff was knowledgeable about their array of different sunrooms and solution to cover your outside pool and more.Gary approach was very serious and to the point on all the questions I ask him.After about 15 minutes into our conversation he stared to warm up to me.He ask if I would like a bottle of water, I said yes and thank you.Gary told me of the owners  plan to sell  this  property to put in strip mall to house many business.I felt happy and delight that he would share this information with me.After he warm up to me Gary  was a very friendly marketing specialist.The Patriot company do not use sub -contractor to work on your property. I found this refreshing that the company had their on employees to complete  my sunrooms and more.The products  are top of the line materials with a excellent warranty on the work and materials.I will use this company to completed my sunroom.Thank you for excellent customer service Gary.Gloria~
