These guys are awesome! Truly at the top of their game and for as long as we live here we will continue to utilize their business. Pricing is more than fair and they are honest. I used Royal pest management for a variety of pests and they were able to take care of them all: box elder bugs, Asian lady beetles, spiders, springtails, clover mites, and ants. Royal pest worked with us to use the right chemicals that wouldnt bother our allergies as much. They were very open with information when we had questions about how to best get rid of clover mites. The whole team was very friendly and responsive when I was scheduling the treatment, and they were also very clean and considerate when they came in our home. I cant say enough good things about Royal Pest and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs bug treatment. I will absolutely be using them again if we get any other bugs. Travis and His team were great. When I called to request treatment, I fully expected not to hear back until after the weekend was up. However he promptly returned my call and setup service immediately. He gave me a very accurate quote over the phone and overall just displayed professionalism and expertise. Royal Pest Mgt. KC was able to see me the same day to take care of a small ant invasion and to check for any other issues. Aaron did an excellent job. He explained everything well and did a thorough inspection, plus he was super nice and respectful of my home. The price was reasonable as well.
