Kind, caring, knowledgeable NP work here. So good for a weekend illness or kids who can’t go to the doctor during school hours.

I had a sinus infection and a ear ache. I had the privilege of being waited on by Vanessa, N.P. Wow! She was so pleasant and nice. I felt like i perked up after being in her presence. Thank you for making my day a little better. Sometimes, you just never know what people are going through, besides the obvious. I can't remember the receptionist name, but she was pleasant as well. So, please thank these ladies for brightening my day! Now back to the drugs! 😊

Don't ever see Camille Williams at Meritas Health Express in Liberty. I ended up paying $70 (even in network) whole dollars just to have someone tell me that I need to get Sudafed. It was a complete waste of time and money. I told her that I had a sore throat for 2 months and that 2 weeks into having the sore throat that I went to another walk in clinic and that they diagnosed me with strep and gave me a round of antibiotics. I then told her that it helped my sore throat but didn't completely make it go away. It had been about 3-4 weeks since I finished the antibiotics but I still had a lingering sore throat. She gave me a strep test and it came back as negative within 5 minutes. She told me that she thought it was allergies and didn't prescribe me anything except tell me to get some Sudafed. I told her that I've had this happen before where I needed more than 1 round of antibiotics for a sore throat and also told her that it runs in my family and that my dad lots of times has to have more than one round of antibiotics for his bacterial infections to go away but she didn't do anything. So basically I ended up paying $70 (even in network) whole dollars just to have someone tell me that I need to get Sudafed. I went home and tried Sudafed 3-4 times and didn't help at all. Later I went to see an actual doctor (took 4 more weeks to get an appointment to see an actual doctor) and thankfully he prescribed me another round of antibiotics and it went away right after that. Also the receptionist that day was kind of rude too.
