These people are scammers. Was assured I would receive $300 out of $350 back if denied. Beware of small print. $50 application fee understandable. $100 application service fee, rip off!

In my personal experience, Wilshire is a great place to live. The apartments have been renovated in the past few years, and my girlfriend lives there. However, it's essential to know a few things before signing a lease. If you want a wood-burning fireplace, double-check that the chimney is functional in your apartment. Some buildings have electric inserts installed instead of functioning chimneys. Additionally, inspect the ceiling for any signs of sagging, especially if you're on the top floor. Despite these considerations, I've met some fantastic people living in Wilshire, making it an overall positive place. Just do your due diligence and thoroughly check everything before deciding.
