Not responsive at all. Call yesterday and a young lady answered the phone. She didn't have an answer for my question and gave me another number to call for services. I ask the young lady to repeat the last 4 number and she had an attitude about it. My guess is that since I'm calling from an 806 # there is no need to answer my calls or send me to voicemail. Which is fine by me. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

He did a great job cleaning my couch set! We bought a used couch set that had a musty smoke smell and I can’t smell it anymore after he was done and they look a lot cleaner too. He even did a nearby rocking chair in my living room that needed cleaning too even though I hadn’t originally asked for that to be cleaned. And he didn’t even raise his original quote price for doing that little bit of extra work. I felt he was reasonably priced and did a good job.
