The AC unit was very loud with a grinding noise and had a bunch if mold in it. The bathroom lights would not turn on and to top all of that off I had a centipede AND some random other bug crawl on me in my room when I was trying to sleep. I asked to be out in a room but they were "fully booked" with a third of their small parking lot filled. Did nothing for me after all this, do not stay here.

It was ok, but I really wish that they would figure out coffee service better. I travel a lot and have seen it done a million different ways since COVID has started, but this is one of the only places that I have been where they had to serve you the coffee and I guess because of that it is only available starting at 7am on the weekend. If I was still in the service industry and specifically this hotel I would start with the coffee behind the front desk earlier so that the lady who sits there telling you that you must wait 4 more minutes for an employee to serve you coffee can just have the coffee right there and she can get you a coffee. I'm not sure why you can go to QT next door and grab your own coffee and even grab food that is not wrapped or anything but here at this hotel they must hand you a cup of coffee and only between certain hours. Possibly a corporate policy but I don't think so as I have been to several properties, but maybe a local policy that this hotel created and if so they should revisit it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When we arrived at 6:00pm our room was not ready. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm. We had to sit around and wait until 7:15 to check in. A whole 4 hours past our check in time. They claimed they could not give us any of our money back because we paid with hotels.com . They also never gave us the wifi code. I actually felt bad for the woman working the front desk. She said it was her second day at work. No one was helping her and it was obvious they had given her little to no training at all before just throwing her to the wolves. She had no clue what the wifi password was. That’s such a basic part of the hotel check in process. It was obvious no one helped her learn how to do her job at all.
