Where do I begin to acknowledge just how MUCH this group meant to me and my family. The hospital that discharged my Mom gave us a list of hospice facilities and we chose this group. I am SO glad we made this decision. Erica, the Nurse, was AMAZING. She was personable, down to earth, professional and was seasoned as a nurse. I can tell she has a passion for this field and it set my family and Mom at ease. Kristen, the Bath Aide, has a wonderful spirit. Definitely a beautiful, humble, sweet and kind soul. I am forever grateful for you Kristen as you were the one to provide my Mother comfort and were by our side in my Mom's last few moments. Roger, the Chaplain, is a true disciple of Christ and loves the Lord. He has a passion for walking by people in their time of need and we will be reaching out to him to walk alongside our family during our grief. Thank you so much for the team at Integrity. My Mom was a very sensitive, caring, loving soul who Integrity treated with love and respect. I am forever indebted to your group and can't ever say thank you enough.

The staff at Integrity has been a Godsend! My first interaction with the office calmed my fears in having to make the decision to bring in help for mom. In less than 24 hours they had a support system in place. Not only do they do everything for the patient, they provide much needed help for the family caregivers. We have a volunteer to help ME with housework, one to come visit with mom so we can get out & take care of shopping, doctor appointments or just a much needed date night! They really try to determine each individuals needs so they can connect them to the right resources to fill those needs. Their kindness & degree of caring are above expectations. I wish every patient & their families would be able to experience the compassion & quality this group of loving individuals gives to those in their care.

Integrity has been a top-notch company that has made the difference between my mother's relative health, lack of depression, and overall quality of life during this season of her years. We have been receiving hospice services from Integrity for over a year now. They have demonstrated so much sincerity, empathy, and genuine care, that the people that we work with on a regular basis feel like family. Because of their unwavering connection and commitment to do all they can to help provide essential time, skill, care and more, it didn't take long for them to earn our trust, which is in itself, an immense relief of what has been debilitating stress. Without their care, I believe my mother would not have been able to live and with the happiness and ability to enjoy her time with her family and friends. Among their many resources, my mom has benefited from a visiting nurse that comes regularly, a bath aid that helps her get ready for her days, a minister that comes to share with her spirituality needs, and a staff of angel volunteers that take time out of their busy lives to come and give loving companionship in all kinds of ways that keep mom connected and engaged. They come and play cards with her, help her with simple fun projects, play music and sing, write letters to her, and just spend time talking. We have had moments of urgency at all hours of day and night, and there has been someone available for ease through a situation, or guidance at a time when a clear, calm mind was helpful, and Integrity never fails to be there with their unmatched care, concern, skill, and knowledge to help us through. Every person from Integrity that we've had contact with has been simply amazing. They all contribute their best and give it their all with such grace and kindness, and it shows, and is definitely felt. My mother's situation is continually changing. I, as her primary caregiver, work out of state for about a week a month, and until we have enjoyed the services that Integrity hospice provides, I would be so stressed and worried about Mom, that it was challenging to focus on work. Since Integrity Hospice has really been a part of my mother's life, I have been able to be a better prepared and more efficient caregiver for her. The most important thing to me is that in the time we have remaining, there is no doubt that Integrity Hospice has given my mother the quality of life to enjoy her family and friends, and we her, to the greatest extent possible. We are forever grateful and blessed to have Integrity Hospice as such an integral part of my mother's support team. I wouldn't look anywhere else.

I love my job at Integrity Hospice. We are a small group of people providing quality care; helping to care for people safely in their homes. Patients, families, volunteers and staff are treated with respect and kindness. We are big enough to meet the needs of our clients but small enough to really get to know you.
