Salon Ami- Lees Summit

Im going to be honest. This used to be my favorite place to get a massage. I recommended it to all of my friends. I used to get massages here every 2-3 weeks until I found out that my massage was randomly cancelled due to the location losing all of their massage therapists, who were all great. I am very disappointed about how this issue was handled as I did not receive any kind of notice that my massage had been cancelled and the only reason I found out was because I called to confirm my appointment time. The employees also did not seem to care at all that they had suddenly cancelled my appointment without contacting me and could not answer any of my questions. I understand this is unfortunate losing your employees, but the way this was handled is going to cause you to lose customers as well.

I've been to salon ami 3x. Only 1 of the haircuts have been good and that was with Nikole. This last one with Kayla was by far the worst. I'll let the photos speak for itself. The first photo, with the window in the background, was the first haircut. I went back a week later to get it fixed. I only waited a week because I had a conference in between where I had to be seen in public with that rat's nest. Unfortunately kayla was the only person there, so she did the "fixing" which is seen in photo 2&3. I told her the bottom wasn't even and her response was that it's natural for hair to not be even when pulled from the back. Also on top of that the service wasn't the greatest. I showed up 20 mins early for my first appt and I didn't even get seen until 25 mins after it was supposed to start. The girl Service: Haircut
