I really hate to leave bad reviews and usually will not. However, my experience was terrible and after mentioning it to the doc, there was no amount of sympathy or apology. I was using Dr. Steever when I had to have a tooth removed with the insertion of a spacer to allow for a new tooth, I was sent home with Tylenol and Ibuprofen as a remedy for pain. Unfortunately, the pain was so severe this time, I was shaking uncontrollably, chilling and had a severe headache. After a quick call to the office, the nurse came back from speaking with the doc with the same suggestions of Tylenol and Ibuprofen. I feel like they were treating me like a pill seeker otherwise, I don't understand why I wasn't offered something stronger, even just one pill. Fortunately, I have a family of doctors and nurses and after a call to a couple of them, I felt ok to take an old oxy I had from over a year ago. Within 30 minutes, the pain was knocked down to a decent level, my shaking stopped, headache got better and the chills stopped. All I needed was one little tablet which I was denied.

This is the best denist ever. Very caring office. If you are looking for a new place this should be on your list.
