        Who won the hell would travel to Lebanon Missouri to rent a truck??? Half your expenses would be mileage. I tried asking the owners this question but they spoke broken English in Arabic tongue. DO NOT. Repeat DO NOT rent from here. Poor service, poor help. Rent from a trusted source.

        Terrible customer service! The woman there was very rude, and nasty! The fuel indicator was on full, but she complained that it wasn't filled in town. She demanded it to be filled again! I had to drive to the closest gas station, and fill it as full as technically possible! She treated me like dirt! Worst experience! She claimed they shouldn't have to pay for it. Which is a lie! They don't have to fill it to full! All they do is mark on the checkout sheet, and require the next person to fill it back to that mark, or better. She was just trying to find a reason to charge more money! They don't care about you! They only want to get as much money, as they can get! I hope I never use this location again! I'd rather pay extra through some other rental truck company. If you come here. Hope that woman isn't there. She is hateful mean, rude, and a horrible person to be around! BEWARE!
