Frank is a good dude, treats you right, gets the jobs done right, and is reasonably priced, I use him for all my property's and companys. Highly recommended!!

He was supposed to come out on Tuesday- was a no-show. I called and left him a voicemail and text message and he returned my call on Wednesday around 6pm saying his phone had died and he didn't get my message but would be out at my house at 8:30am on Thursday. No biggie. Things happen. At 9am on Thursday, he calls me to say he is running late and will be there around 10am. It is currently 1pm with no show and no answer to my multiple phone calls and texts messages. Not a way to do business at all. I'm pretty laid-back and forgiving but this is unacceptable. I understand things come up, but at least communicate with the customer! Would not recommend.

Frank is a great guy! I learned a lot of do’s and don’ts with our old septic system, he stayed well in to dark to get everything done.
