The worst customer service I have ever been provided. I have had an insurance plan with jerry for 5 years now. My husband called to get our boat and trailer insured for the year. My husband left Jerry multiple voice mails to call us back over the last month. He finally was able to talk to Jerry, who never returned any of my husbands calls. Jerry then proceeded to tell my husband that getting us insurance on our boat wasnt important to him and it wasnt going to make him any money so he told us to get insurance elsewhere. I am now working to move all of my policies elsewhere. Never in my life have I ever been provided such awful customer service. I strongly advise against using him for any of your insurance needs as he is rude and only cares about making money and doesnt take the time to even give you a call back.
