        I'm usually not home when they come, but when I see someone, she's very nice and gets to work right away. When I come home, it's always neat and clean. I appreciate that because I don't like to clean stuff myself.

        Shelly was very polite and worked hard at this first time appointment. I noticed that the granite in the master bath was not thoroughly wiped down and the glass tops on the great room tables were still dirty. Other than that, completely satisfied.
