Dealt with Greg Kiefer on some new auto and home insurance for my new wife and I. Greg was a consummate pro and sat down for over an hour with us to explain it all out. I have been working with Greg Kiefer and I cannot put enough stars on here for how pleasant it has been to work with him. I found the Oaks Agency while looking for a new agent to work with because my last several independent agents have been far less than stellar. Greg has been fantastic from our first interaction and my wife and I are relieved to finally have a great insurance agent to work with again. Greg answers his phone or returns your call no matter where he is (recently returned my call from his vacation in Iceland!). That kind of customer focus is very hard to find in these times and is very much appreciated.
