Eastlake Inn Bed & Breakfast

Nice place in the suburbs but sadly the site is down. And the phone # is disconnected or not set up. I may be in violation of the owner's right to privacy but the owners has to disclose the rates one way or another.

I'm not able to give this place any rating due to the fact that we were unable to stay there and were treated so poorly and unprofessionally. I could tell that after I didn't receive a call back for several days about a reservation that I wasn't important at all. After getting there, I walked up to a locked door after walking through a unkempt, jungle like front yard that looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I called two times and left messages with no return call but a very unprofessional text about an hour later. The woman that runs this business had the audacity to text me and tell me that she had something unfortunate happen to a family member and that she didn't appreciate my "nasty" 'message I left. She did not notify me what so ever that there wasn't going to be anyone there when I arrived and never even apologized for her lack of planning. She continued to text me from a personal cell phone until I finally told here to quit contacting me. Very disappointed with this treatment and experience and I encourage NO ONE to go there!!!!
