        I had been having issues trying to get answers about my bill. I couldn't get a reason for why my bill(s) were so much higher than before. Talking to people that can not understand you and vice versa is a huge waste of time and very frustrating. Thank you Diane for answering my questions and helping me to understand what exactly is going on with my bills from Adapt.
