My experience was less than ideal. First install had defective blind. The price increased from first quote to install. Then it took 2 additional calls to get a functional product. This all took place over the course of about 9 months. They get points because I like the way my blinds look. But I probably wont use them again.

Our consultant Mark came up with the perfect solution for our difficult windows and spent a lot of time measuring to make sure it would all work. Our shutters are beautiful and really improve the appearance of the room and successfully block the light when necessary.

Tim M. was AWESOME! He was quick, efficient, extremely friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to have blinds installed in their home. He cleaned up everything, showed us how to operate our new blinds, and even gave some love to our fur children while he was here. My husband and I are BEYOND satisfied and are very happy with our choice. And, most importantly, our blinds look great! One Stop has been amazing to work with. Toni, was wonderful as well when she cane out and took the measurements for everything. I highly recommend you give this place a call!
