        I purchased a puzzle as a gift for my husband and after putting it together he discovered that it was missing three pieces. I sent a letter to Allied Products and within a week received a replacement puzzle. Now that's what I call good service. Makes me want to go out and buy more puzzles from them.

        I am an American Flag guy. Have one my house, one on my shop, one on my elderly mothers house, etc. Over time flags fade and need to be replaced. I have bought multiple units from Allied and had one minor issue. I sent them an email with a description and they resolved within 24 hours. Great Kansas City business!
