Many years ago I had purchased a car from Neil's. I was in a very tight spot as I had a car from Car Max, that had broke down and couldn't afford to repair it, I had voluntary repossessed. In order to make it to and from work, I had no other choice but to go to a buy here, pay here lot. I called ahead and talked with a guy in finance. He guaranteed me pre approval over the phone. I got a ride to the lot. I was told I am pre approved for anything on their lot. I picked a basic model Kia. No bells and whistles. When signing the papers, I cringed at the truth in lending paper when it had the total vehicle cost. But like all the other reviews, I signed the paper work. I needed a car. I drove the car for 2 years with out any issues at all. Every 2 weeks I would get a payment reminder from the nicest lady. After 2 years, I purchased myself a truck. This car became my wife's car. A lot of things happened in our personal life and neither of us were employed. I contacted the finance department at Neil's and explained my situation to them. They offered me an unheard of solution. They offered my to surrender the car with no more money owed or a negative reflection on my credit. What this goes to show is if you have good payment history and good communication Neil's is a great company that is built around helping people. If you have your car for a month or 2 and are always making them track you down for your payments, then yeah they will act different to you. If I ever find my self in a rough patch again, I hope Neil's will still be around to help me out.

I've bought both my cars there they still run great and have no problems they charge a bit 2 much but if u have repos and bad credit it's a good place 2 go

I totally agree with all the other bad reviews. I'm in horrible financial shape because they changed the financial people I pay to. My car really needs work and I've been trying to register it. Can't afford it cause of the ridiculous biweekly payments. DO NOT GO HERE ITS BLOODSUCKING SHAM
