        Charged my granddaughter for a tow and never showed. Kept telling us they would be here in 45 mins. Waited all night. Then the next morning since we were parked in a assigned parking space the apt complex had the car towed and got charged 180.00 to get it back. Will never use them again. And will cancle the Roadside Assistance that i currently have. Most horrible night i ever had.

        This is a scam. There is a few automated hoops to jump through. Once you get through them it forwards you to an automotive repair facility, who can't even tow your vehicle. Don't waste time! Call a real tow company.
