Went in for an oil change and everything seemed fine. Once I paid and got my keys, I went to my vehicle and noticed the drivers side view mirror was pushed in towards the door. When I went to push it out, I noticed a crack in the part below the mirror. I went back into the store and told the clerk and I asked for him to come look at it. After viewing it, he went back in and asked for me to talk to the manager, which I did - he inspected it and without knowing I could hear him, told the clerk that the crack was there when I brought the car in. He then told me it didnt happen during the service there - only problem was that I had just washed my side view mirrors the afternoon prior and there was no crack. The manager told me he would review the cameras inside the work bay and call me back. Its been 5 weeks and Im still waiting for a call. Ive tried reaching the manager three separate times, to no avail. Would not recommend.
