Left site with a voucher saying i owed 1471.00 and tax document. Received a check for a refund took my check and payment voucher into the store Mar 22 they were going to get with me about the difference. Donna never called me so i left a message 4/1 she finally returned my call this morning i called her back for her to tell me she filed them correct but my paperwork shows line 37 with $1471.00 payment yet i received a check for $1755.00. She told me her paper shows a refund. I mentioned the guarantee she told me would you rather pay instead of refund i explained to her she did my taxes inadequately she then after telling me she would give me supervisors name she hung up on me Donna Kundinger master tax advisor. I called back got Elisa after she asked my name put me on hold came back ask my state back on hold then she told me she was unable to give me any supervisor name or number!!! WHAT A JOKE 32 YEARS USING THEM cant get my correct tax paperwork. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL CALL CORPORATE MONDAY I QUESS.

Do not purchase tax prep software. Different department than web-based. No customer or tech service available.

Absolutely the worst. I have proof that they say they submitted my returns but the returns never made it to the IRS or my state. After 4 phone calls and one of them hanging up on me, literally nothing has happened and now I have a case number. I will never use H&R again and I suggest anybody reading this use Turbotax because it's so much better and they will actually file your return for you. Attached are pictures that show H&R Block failed to file my returns. Period.

Unhelpful. No follow-up or direction on how to resolve matters. Ill also be doing additional credit checks and checking for fraudulent activity in the future as they have my personal information.

49 yrs with HR. 2022 they changed their do your taxes free format so it is no longer easy or intuitive. And it doesnt work. Would not accept income info correctly, kept promoting to annuities (dont have). Called HR online tech support, 2 agents -4 hrs, agreed their site was not working correctly as they saw with screen share. Case # created with phone number to call, which takes you to random national HR phone help, which results in 30 minute + hold time. There is NO way to call your tax professionals since the office wont answer the phone and it takes you to the national HR line. You go in circles with no help. Terrible
