Sports Authority

This place is kind of ridiculous. We went there during their "going out of business sale", supposedly to find great discounts. Almost every thing was above the competition's price! I asked one of their employees the price of a small telescope. The price he quoted me was $5 more expensive than Amazon. When I asked if he would at least match it, he said "it's only a couple dollars more expensive". Yes. But they're not having a massive sale for going out of business! Geez.

Nearly a month ago I got back into golf and stopped by Sports Authority to try out a driver. Richard was not only courteous he was insightful in helping determine a good driver for me. He seemed quite content to let me take my time trying out different drivers and managed to bounce between other customers like we were all old friends. Not feeling pressured I found the driver I wanted and left with a positive outlook. (My drives have improved considerably) So today after stopping by a place that was simply closer to get a putter and being treated somewhat rudely I made the drive back to Sports Authority and sure enough the same great attitude and helpfulness was shown by Richard. The selection may be limited but this is where I'm going for golf equipment from now on.
