These poor managers. Chaos every time I go in there. One time a large $$$ refund did not process and never hit my bank account despite the receipt. It was due to terminal issues in the store. They couldnt help me in store and blamed corporate. They could not call customer support and handle on my behalf. After 5 weeks and 6 calls with customer support where I was told no updates or told to call other numbers that never had anyone on the other end I finally got my money back. Total headache. No one knew what was going on.

The store manager working 03/19/2022 was rude and absolutely awful..the store is short staffed and with a manager like that it is easy to see why. She was rude and distant to store associates who are simply asking for help. She also liked to yell and them for no apparent reason. The manager Let a pregnant woman and her husband wait for 20 minutes because the associate needed help ringing up an item and the manager knowingly disregarded the associate. They decided to let her fend for themselves and continue checking out people who were behind them in line, including myself.. I left the store before they were even rung up!Seemed other customers were having issues as well, the manager left her associates out to dry. They were all trying their best, but their manager was failing them. Corporate should look into this.

Rebecca the manager was so rude my sister came in there 2.23.22 to just exchange a shoe she brought the previous( she just wanted a size up for her kid) the cashier was amazing but Rebecca was very rude to her and even her yelled at her, its a way you talk to people and she was being a real mean person she making you guys look horrible
