Atlantis came out when we were having water/drainage issues around our pool.  They assessed the problem and came up with a solution.   They were out within a short time putting a sump pump in our backyard. With this last rain it didn't seem to be functioning. I called them at 10 o'clock at night and left a message so they would get it first thing in the morning.  They called me back at 8am and they were at my house at 10 to look at it.  An hour later Eliseo was back out with a larger pump and installed it within an hour. Excellent customer service.

I had Atlantis Drainage put in drains in my back yard to alleviate all the buildup of water I had. This was done 6 years ago. I had no problem with the drains they put in. Fast forward to 2022. Where they put the drain at they accidentally cut my electric line outlets going to my Tennis court. I did not know it was cut because I never used the electrical outlet out there. I recently  resurfaced my court and noticed the outlets did not work. Electric company came out and pulled the wire and it was cut in half right at the point where the drain was installed. I had never had any work done in that area except the drain being put in. I have called Atlantis for the last 4 weeks, I talked to the secretary numerous times and she delivered my messages to her Boss. Said he would call me back. I have not gotten a call back in 4 weeks. I'm very disappointed with the customer service. The fact that they have not gotten back to me lets me know that they don't care. I've been in my house for 28 years and I can still call my Builder (Ambassador Homes) and they will get back to me the same day and if I have a problem they look to rectify the problem. That's great service. Atlantis doesn't have the curtesy to give a call back. Joe C.

We used Atlantis to install a significant drainage system for our 2-year-old house, correcting what the builder clearly just blew off. I can't say enough about the high quality of the work, and the care the installation crew took to make it perfect. After several other contractors came out and either suggested quick fixes or clearly didn't want to do the work, Atlantis came out, evaluated, told us what steps we could take, and then proceeded to do an exceptional job. Throughout the job, the crew kept the site as clean as possible. They took responsibility for navigating the utility lines and the sprinkler system, and did everything possible to preserve plantings. When the job was finished, everything was tidy, put back together, seeded and ready for spring time. Due to the weather, holidays and Covid, things moved methodically. I'd much rather be patient and have the job done in the right conditions and done the right way, so I was glad Atlantis was willing to do the same. All in all, I can't recommend them highly enough!
