Countless times this place closes early before it is supposed to. Went by today just after 7 pm and they were already closed though Saturday and Sunday they are supposed to be open until 8. All their competitors are open until 9 or 10 on the weekends...... I am now editing this comment as the exact same thing just happened again. Showed up at 7:52 today doors were locked and employees refused to look up and address the situation. To top it off the owner responded to my initial comment a week ago saying they would speak to their employees about it. Obviously didn't help. I will most likely be going to Fire House Subs or Subway going forward. To top it off I just drove back by at 8:02 after writing my comment and lights were off and everything was locked up. Laughable.

Update: Okay so I gave this place a 2nd chance because Goodcents is by far my favorite sub place and this is really close to my house. I again was treated as if a customer coming in was an inconvenience. I was not able to order until the workers finished their conversation they were all having in the back. Finally they get done talking and someone comes to the front while the other two start into a different conversation in the back. I go through the whole process and pay for my food and decide to get a drink. Well that was Also a mistake because the Freestyle Coke machine they have was out of everything diet, so I just asked for my money back. Unfortunately the person that was ringing me up could not give me a refund for some reason and it had to be the manager that was talking in the back, so I play the waiting game again until the manager walks out. Finally got my money back for the drink and left. I think I got more attitude and rudeness this time than the last. The worst Mr. Goodcents around, a year or two ago this place was fantastic with the long haired guy being the manager. Now a days I am lucky to not get the girl that is clearly more obsessed with the living meat that works there rather than the sliced deli meat she should be Serving me with gloves on. The girl I'm talking about is very Small and clearly likes her "hair" more than she like her job. She handled my sliced deli meat with no gloves and right after she was playing with her hair. I would not even go in this place if she is working there. When I walked in at 7ish, I was the only customer there and currently had 3 employees working. I actually had to wait for them finish their conversation before some one even walked to the front to ask me, "Chu want?" I seriously should have just gone to Subway at least they're consistent, crappy food or not.

This is the best Goodcents I’ve been too. The customer service is beyond beautiful. I can be there all day and still be amazed by the way the guests are treated. I come every now and then and once I walk in, I’m never in longer than 10 minutes. A very fast working place. The employees are magnificent!!! This store deserves the highest rating of them all...seriously!!
