The food is mediocre and expensive, and the drinks are way overpriced. The decor and place itself is nice, and when there's a good band playing, it can be a fun time. However the majority of my experiences there have included a rude staff and $7 Guinesses (12 oz, not even a pint).

This is simply my favorite venue at P&L. The food is amazing and reasonably priced, drinks are the best, and staff is always making sure the good times keep rollin'! I recommend getting a Black Velvet if you are a beer fan...best drink and one of the few places you can find one in KC.
