Regarding the 4500 Main Street Facility: Pros: Clean, punctual/efficient/polite staff. Pre-packed sushi once per week is decent. The Kale slaw is pretty tasty after you pick out all the soy beans. Food has never made me sick. Cons: I'ts a little insulting to see staff dressed like gourmet chefs, while the majority of the food more closely resembles a grocery store cafeteria. Food on the hot line is typically under seasoned, while the soups are usually WAY too salty. The the grilled wraps are always cold in the center. The pizza is a bit challenging to choke down because the crust that is either way too thick or overcooked, or both. The management is spread too thin, and frequently absent (I think because they also have to manage a place across the street?). On top of that the prices are a total joke! Today I payed $10+ for a 20 oz bottle of soda and a double cheese burger. (staff said I had to be charged for 2 sandwiches) I guess this place cannot install an "elite" cash register that can charge for things a la carte. If you are ultimate authority for this facility, and you are NOT a sociopath, here is my message for you: You are doing a horrible job. If you are experiencing success at all, it is by he hard work of all the poor souls beneath you. Suggestions for a better facility, happier workers, more revenue. #1 Let your people use their brains at checkout. No one is trying to scam you out of anything. If people are sealing from you, see #2. #2 Pay your people better. I've seen what they drive, and its typically shameful, as you should be ashamed considering the prices you charge. These are people, not slaves; treat them accordingly. #3 Make the food taste good. Ask your employees how this can be achieved, I'm sure they know their jobs quite well. #4 If you cannot do the above, hire someone who can, and let go. Call Dave Ramsey if you have to, but for Pete sake, get your act together! I'm not giving you another penny until I hear about improvements through the grape vine. It's Chipotle for me now!
