Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kansas City Homes - Plaza/Kansas City Office

Realtor made alot of costly mistakes which cost me ALOT of extra unnecessary money. He did what was necessary get to the closing table but at my expense. He offered to correct his mistake by refunding me a portion of $. He told me he would pay for an upcoming inspection but AFTER the work was done and while the inspector was standing there, the agent said he didn't have the money he daid he would pay just hours before After stringing me along that he would provide funds, he paid half of the $ to get me to sign a document. He never paid the rest of the money or addressed it after closing, as promised. Errors on my end for trusting this agent, but shouldn't I trust my agent to do the things I'm unaware of during this stressful process? You can do your research and due diligence but I wouldn't trust this agency. I was provided with a poor representation of Better Homes & Gardens. 2 stars because most things were fine until the closing process started and he had a great fascaud. This does not even cover all of the issues I encountered during the closing process.

I highly recommend John as your Realtor. As a first-time home buyer, he was very responsive and tentative to every question I had along the way during the process. I found the condo I liked, made an offer in late July. In August I closed. You will not be disappointed choosing John as your Realtor.

The Fisher Hiles team is second to none! Amy is amazing. The timeframe I had to get the house on the market and sold was aggressive to say the least. I was relocating for a new job, and I had to leave town pretty much immediately. Amy told me she would take care of everything. She literally did from the first time she came to the house, through and even after the closing. Anything that came up, Amy took care of it. She had contractors lined up for any needed repairs and inspection items. She even took care of my cats! Ill never be able to thank Amy enough for all she did and the amount of stress that she took off my shoulders. If I ever come back to KC, Amy will be my first call.

We were hoping to look at a house listed by BHG and we scheduled a showing through our realtor and shortly after making the appointment, we were asked to reschedule for the next day. (Weve seen this tactic before so we knew what was coming the next morning when we saw the listing... pending) If the seller is going to accept an offer or leaning to accept an offer please just tell us that so we arent planning our day around seeing the house. I had to take time off work and my wife had to plan around day care for our son. Very unprofessional especially in this market.
