        I have yet to hear back from Residences at Prairiefire about scheduling a move-out inspection. Overall this has been an absolutely terrible experience living at the property site. I would definitely share that you will absolutely regret moving into this community. If someone could please confirm a move-out inspection date as notice has been given.

        We were just informed today that cres has taken over Sherwood village in Springfield Mo from TLC after the internet went down with no warning. I have been told it was an upgrade to a local company. The company is one that TLC took internet away from to provide their own because net vision couldn't keep it on, so actually it's a downgrade. No one informed us about a management change, I just noticed for several days that services we pay for were not being provided, mowing hasn't been done, maintenance has not been completed, etc. I have not been able to find ONE positive review that wasn't paid for. Not a positive beginning for a new management company.

      Thank you for reaching out. As you know, we only took over management of Sherwood Village late yesterday afternoon. We are working hard to address work orders, landscaping and getting the pool open. As for the internet, we were unable to initiate the switch until yesterday but service has been restored. We appreciate your concern about consistent internet service and we have upgraded the service from what was previously provided to help alleviate any issues.We appreciate your business and we hope that you’ll give us more than a just few hours to show you our great service!
