I will never hire him again. He did a partial job. I paid in full and he never completed the job. I kept calling and calling. He would say he’s coming back and each time never show up. Very unprofessional. He’s a fraud. Do not hire him!!

Mike recently replaced our water heater. Work was completed on time, on budget. Also cost a bit less than the other quote. I observed a top notch attitude, found him personable and task focused. Despite weather and a couple challenges, we've found the heater he recommended a significant improvement. (From past work, if any follow up is needed, he has sees to it immediately. Only need that once across a few jobs.) Still happy with the install, zero defects noted.

I hired Mike Sampson Plumbing in the fall and he replaced the pipes under my home. Initially, he was so kind, easy to work with and schedule with. The job was completed with the understanding that he would return to clean up the old pipes, concrete debris, and to refill the concrete that was removed. I paid for the job in full, not realizing it was a two step process. Months later, multiple texts and phone calls, and a handful of no-shows, I am left with this mess.

Similar to the other responses, he did me the same. I hired him, at his cousin's recommendation, who was my tenant at the house, to cleanout a sewer line. I believe he did the sewer cleanout because the other tenant confirmed it. However, he called during the work and recommended a sewer camera scoping. I agreed, but wanted to see the video, which is typical for this service. Of course, he thought the whole sewer line needed to be replaced, but I wanted some proof. Almost immediately, he demanded payment and was quite aggressive about it when he knew I was out of town at the time. I paid in full, which I shouldn't have done until I got the video, but I never got the video link. He claimed technical problems. Then, later claimed he never agreed to send a video link. At point point, he claimed he sent it via email, but I never got it. I checked junk mail. Then subsequently, he did agree to do it, but would have to go scope it again. If he had already sent it, why would he have to go back?!?! He never did. I protested the charge with Chase, but they wouldn't help me either. To put it simply, he is a charlatan.
